Yes, on most bikes. WingGlow attaches with a silicone strap that stretches to fit your seat post, so road, gravel, mountain and city bikes all work.

Can I see the wings in daylight?

The wing projection is made for dusk and night. In bright daylight the rear light still works, but the wings on the road are hard to see. Bike lighting rules differ by country and state, so check your local rules before riding with the projection on public roads.
